Every aspect of my visit, I felt like I was in good hands, by professional people. The entire staff is pleasant, and focused. I believe that’s due to the professionalism of Dr. Willoughby’s guidance. Great Experience, but then it always is.

I travel 2,000 miles to be able to continue to see Dr. Willoughby. Is a very no nonesense kinda doctor. Incredibly strong back office staff. He will continue to be the only Pulmonologist I'll see. Definitely the only one I'd recommend to my friends.

The office front desk personnel is great your are greeted with a big hello and smile sometimes it's nice to see a happy person when you are nothing feels so well and my took less time than I expected.

Being 80+, I have a lot of experience with doctors and their staff. The staff at Dr. Willoughby's office is, to a person, the most congenial and pleasant group of people I have ever experienced. That also speaks for him. My whole experience there each time is a visit I actually look forward to.
