The doctor was very interested in my overall health. He spent more than 30 minutes, allowing me to explain as he listened intensively, and then he gave his professional opinion of my health issues. He also provided when would improve my health and some alternatives that were very good.

The receptionist greeted me in a friendly voice when I came in and gave me a short form to complete. We had about a 5 minute wait and I was called in for basic work before a breathing test. My husband was allowed to be with me the entire visit. The basic works and the breathing tests were done very efficiently. We waited in a room for a short time then Saw Dr. Willoughby who listened to my lungs , told us about the test results asked if we had any questions. He and his staff are thoughtful and thorough. I will return for a follow up.

My experience was great. I was greeted with a friendly staff member when I arrived. I was then taken back to have some testing done by another friendly / knowledgeable staff member. Then I was taken to see Dr. Willoughby who then went over my results and took the time to explain and answer questions I had.

Doctor Walter is so nice personality he respects his patient. take time and explain about disease perfectly,knowealdgable. Also all staff take care me was so nice .

Dr Willoughby is a good doctor who runs an efficient office. The office manager is a wonderful woman. The tech D is very good.

Great care, but extreme waiting time to actually meet with doctor Willoughby
Perhaps due to being first appointment ?
However, professionally, a good meeting with the doctor.
