From the moment I called the office and spoke with Shay that is a reflection of who this doctor will be. She was lovely helpful and compassionate. When I had my visit with the doctor prior to seeing him I had testing within his office. Something you don't get with other pulmonologists. When I was able to see the doctor after my testing I found him to be a lovely man. Very soft spoken. Informative, explained everything to myself and my husband. Allowed me to speak and ask numerous questions of which he gave me answers to everything. I wasn't rushed out of the office I wasn't pushed to the side like other offices and doctors do. I am so grateful for this doctor and his staff for the way that I was treated.

I have always been impressed with Dr Willoughby and his staff. They are pleasant, efficient and go beyond what is needed and expected of them. Dr Willoughby does not rush his patients, he takes time and listens to them.

Great staff personnel. Personable and efficient. Technicians and nurse demonstrate sincere concern . Dr Willoughby is very thorough and reviews all tests, statements I have made about my problem and also his own observations before letting me know what’s wrong and what treatment.
