Going to Dr Willoughby's office is always a smooth, efficient and informative experience beginning with Shay in the front office who never fails to throw a shining smile to all who enter and knows most of us by name as soon as she sees us. Her upbeat and happy nature makes "being at the doctor" not quite the chore it it often turns out being!
As for Dr Willoughby, his kind and gentle demeanor makes talking about any issues you may have easy. Be prepared to learn what you need to know to better deal with your issue without the condescension, the "I'm smarter than you so you HAVE to listen to me and DO what I say" feeling that you get SO often! While this doctor does expect you to listen to him, you can also expect him to listen to you. A rare trait in a specialist these days!
